I want to send my mp3 files to my iphone and use them as ringtones, how can I do that? I have a jailbroken iphone, and I curently do not have a sim card so I cannot use sms or mms. I'd prefer a free program or method for windows. P.S. I do not need to download any music or ringtones, I already have what music I need.
